Licensed Electrician

About the Role: Dolan Contractors is seeking a New Jersey licensed electrician to join our team working out of our Westampton office. This position focuses on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the electrical systems in multiple commercial and industrial buildings, as well as supporting occasional tenant improvement projects. You must have a valid NJ electrical license, good problem-solving skills, ability to read blueprints, and strong safety awareness. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control equipment, and other components of electrical systems • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes • Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and standards • Inspect electrical systems, circuits, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair • Collaborate with other trades as needed on projects • Maintain tools and equipment, ensure workplace safety Qualifications: • Valid NJ electrician license • 3+ years of electrical installation - commercial experience preferred • Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local codes • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods • Good communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
