Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations. • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality. • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water supply, drainage, and heating systems. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Skills • Proficient in welding techniques for pipe joining and repair. • Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting tools and materials to job sites. • Experience in carpentry is a plus for integrated construction tasks. • Ability to plumb effectively with a focus on quality workmanship. • Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial for comprehensive service offerings. • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively. • Experience in field service roles that require adaptability and problem-solving skills.
