Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work on various commercial projects for Federal Government Agencies on multiple Military Bases. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Master Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems. • Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary. • Conduct pipe threading and assembly tasks efficiently. • Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during installations or repairs. • Provide field service support for plumbing issues as they arise. • Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. • Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on construction sites. Requirements • License Master Plumber certification • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively. • Experience in carpentry and remodeling is advantageous. • Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Previous experience in field service roles is preferred. • Must possess a valid driving license. • Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the workday. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • A secret security clearance is preferred.
