Licensed Master Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Plumber will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, performing field service tasks, and collaborating with other trades on construction sites. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts. • Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects to ensure accurate budgeting. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Conduct pipe threading and assembly as required for installations. • Execute welding tasks when necessary for pipe connections or repairs. • Provide maintenance services to existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with HVAC technicians as needed for integrated systems work. • Engage in heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites while performing duties. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. • Familiarity with construction site experience and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively within plumbing systems. • Experience with carpentry skills is a plus for remodeling projects. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Valid commercial driving license is preferred for transportation of materials to job sites. • Previous maintenance person experience is beneficial for diverse repair tasks beyond plumbing.
