Upon award, we will need aLicensed Journeyman Plumberto join our team and take a lead role in plumbing operations for this high-value project. Key Responsibilities • Lead and perform plumbing installations in compliance with Washington State plumbing code. • Coordinate and oversee plumbing activities across multiple job sites. • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally. • Work closely with project managers to maintain schedules and quality standards. • Train and mentor apprentice plumbers to develop their technical skills. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction. Requirements • Active Washington State Journeyman Plumber License(Required). • Proven experience leading plumbing crews or managing job sites. • Ability to train and mentor apprentices. • Strong communication skills for client and team interactions. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Compensation & Contract Details • Annual Contract Value:$150,000 – $200,000(DOE & License). • Multi-year project duration. • Flexible scheduling and potential for ongoing work beyond contract. • Company-provided truck, fuel card, and necessary tools (upon award).
