Role and Compensation We are seeking a Licensed Plumber or 2nd/3rd Year Plumber Apprentice. This is a performance-based role that directly rewards top-tier technical proficiency, efficiency, and excellent customer-focused sales recommendations. • Earning Opportunity: This role offers a lucrative pay structure designed to reward high achievement, enabling top performers to exceed the $250,000+ annual target. Core Responsibilities The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of residential plumbing services, acting as both a top-tier technician and a trusted consultant to our customers. • Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex residential plumbing issues, including drain cleaning, re-piping, sewer line issues, water heater repair/replacement, and fixture malfunctions. • Installation & Compliance:Perform residential system installations, appliance hookups (including gas lines), fixture replacements, and full water heater changeouts. Responsible for ensuring all work complies with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and local permitting regulations. • Sales & Consulting:Confidently and professionally communicate technical findings to homeowners, offering transparent recommendations for lasting solutions, system upgrades, and replacements that match their needs and budget, earning a commission on equipment and service sales. • Customer Service & Interaction:Build strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners, ensuring a professional, polite, and clean in-home service experience. • Documentation:Maintain accurate, timely, and neat digital service records and work orders using company-provided mobile technology (e.g., iPad/tablet). • Safety & Compliance:Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory codes. Required Qualifications & Licensing • Experience (Preferred):Minimum three (3) years of verifiable, hands-on experience as a Licensed Plumber, heavily focused on residential service. • Driver License:Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record. • Plumbing License (Required):Must possess a current, valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License, OR be a current 2nd or 3rd year Plumber Apprentice. • Skills:Exceptional ability in diagnostics, technical repair, residential installation, customer relationship building, and consultative sales.
