Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with policy inquiries, resolve issues, and help customers file claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Duties • Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to provide information and resolve inquiries. • Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer concerns effectively and maintain satisfaction. • Support sales team. • Communicate effectively with bilingual customers to ensure understanding of insurance products. Qualifications • Customer Service in Property & Casualty experience is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback accurately. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
