Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focusedResidential Selling Electrical Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential electrical systems while also identifying and presenting solutions to meet customer needs, upselling services where appropriate. The technician will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and clear communication. Responsibilities • Performresidentialelectrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs. • Install electrical components including panels, outlets, fixtures, surge protectors, and wiring. • Conduct in-home consultations to assess electrical needs and offer customized solutions. • Present service options, estimates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner. • Generate sales based on customer needs. • Ensure all work is compliant with local codes and safety standards. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Requirements • Licensed electrician: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master license • Proven experience in residential electrical work. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sales experience or demonstrated ability to identify and close opportunities. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
