Licensed Service Plumber

(REQUIRED RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE) LICENSED PLUMBER Job Description: • Installing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems • Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains. • Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements. • Provide plumbing information to customers by answering questions and requests. • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • No on call rotation • One working Saturday every 4 weeks • Qualifications: • • Master, Journeyman or Tradesman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation • • Clean driving record and current valid driver’s license • • Ability to pass a drug test and background check required • • Strong customer service and communication skills Physical and Mental Requirements • Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces • Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods • Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet • Must have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures. • Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints. • Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment Benefits and Perks: • Competitive pay structure • Company Truck (we pay fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance & repairs) • 401K matching, Medical, Dental, Vision for team members and their families • Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off • $25 per month CrossFit Membership • Work life balance • Room for advancement and continuing education INDH
