Job Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager drives action, consistency and clarity throughout, financial marketing experiences along the Employee Benefits distribution lifecycle. This role is key in connecting and building customer and stakeholder engagement, driving Workplace financial education concepts connected to our Employee Benefits products and services into the marketplace in innovative and relevant ways, enabling OneAmerica to grow and build new customer and partner relationships. This role defines measurable goals that align to desired business outcomes and KPIs, identifies audience touchpoints, develops marketing plans and collaborates with a cross-functional team to execute marketing experiences.

  • Lead, guide, and execute the creation, recommendation, and implementation of Employee Benefits distribution life cycle marketing programs and campaigns
  • Responsible for building relationships with distribution and distribution leadership and effectively communicating with stakeholders on small work, projects and large-scale programs and initiatives related to the distribution life cycle.
  • Responsible for creating and leading outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project or program level with clearly defined goals, personas, touchpoints, tactical plans for marketing experiences and KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal. Pro-actively identifies business and marketplace opportunities.
  • Assess distribution market landscape, trends, and opportunities, and evaluate priorities within the segment to set a strategic focus for marketing campaigns and engagement opportunities.


Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • B.A./B.S. in relevant field


Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • M.A/M.S. is a plus


Required Work Experience

  • 6 + years experience in marketing
  • Experience working closely with distribution partners
  • Experience is voluntary workplace
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background


Salary Band: 06B

As a condition of employment, OneAmerica requires that all new hires who receive a job offer on or after April 18, 2022 provide evidence of full or partial vaccination against COVID-19 within three days of accepting an offer letter with OneAmerica and before employment begins. If applicable, new hires must submit proof that they have received the second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine within 30 days after their first dose is complete. This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
