Job Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving action, consistency, and clarity throughout customer-focused, financial marketing experiences. This role is key in connecting and building customer and stakeholder engagement, driving financial education concepts connected to our products and services into the marketplace in innovative and relevant ways, enabling OneAmerica to grow and build new customer and partner relationships. This role defines measurable goals that align to desired business outcomes and KPIs, identifies audience touchpoints, develops marketing plans, and collaborates with a cross-functional team to execute marketing experiences.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Lead, guide, and execute the creation, recommendation, and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Responsible for building relationships with key players within the Lines of Business and effectively communicating with stakeholders on small work projects and large-scale programs and initiatives.
• Responsible for creating and leading outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project or program level with clearly defined goals, personas, touchpoints, tactical plans for marketing experiences and KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal.
• Pro-actively identifies business and marketplace opportunities.
• Assess market landscape, trends and opportunities, and evaluate priorities within the segment to set a strategic focus for marketing campaigns and engagement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• B.A. in relevant field or 6 years' experience in [e.g. marketing roles], M.A/M.S. is a plus

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

• MA/MS in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Dynamic, agile learner driven by curiosity and motivated by daily deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic marketer with a track record of success in developing measurable campaigns that drive audience engagement.

Required Work Experience

• At least 3 years of Financial Services Industry marketing experience is required.
• Ability to self-organize and self-manage to achieve results in a fast-paced and information rich environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills. Must be comfortable communicating to peers and leaders.
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Salary Band: 06B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
