Lifecycle Operations & Design Manager

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Operations & Design Manager to manage the production and deployment of email campaigns that captivate and connect with our audiences. In this role, you’ll handle the entire email campaign process, including HTML coding, list management, scheduling, testing, and reporting. Additionally, you’ll bring creativity and precision to email design by leveraging our design system to format content seamlessly.

Leverage our design system to format and lay out copy for visually engaging email templates.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• Proven experience managing email campaigns across various email service providers (experience with Braze, Marketo, Mailgun is a plus).

• Advanced skills in HTML email coding, including responsive design and troubleshooting.

• A strong eye for design and experience in laying out copy within a design system for engaging and functional emails.

• Experienced in Figma component building to update ongoing email design system.

• Technical acumen to navigate email marketing platforms and tools with ease.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
