We are seeking an experienced Line Manager to lead our Cloud automation team. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of our IaaS platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 30 IT specialists, architects and developers.

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of private cloud infrastructure

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with PaaS and SaaS services.

• Support continuous improvement and innovation across cloud platforms

• Effectively manage budgets, resources and timelines.

We expect you to have:

• Min 2-3 years experience with managing an IT team 

• Experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in an IaaS environment.

• Understanding of cloud technologies, virtualization, and networking.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Active English Knowledge 

We offer you:

• The contract is for an indefinite period of time. We count on you!

•  Work partially at home, 1x a week in Ostrava office (with team)
