Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Memastikan seluruh driver dan kendaraan dalam kondisi layak jalan dan mengisi buku Barometer Checklist sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
• Memastikan semua paket dikirim tepat waktu.
• Mengelola seluruh kendaraan agar terutilisasi dengan maksimal, sehingga semua paket terangkut ke seluruh station.
• Mengelola seluruh driver agar terjadwal dengan maksimal, sehingga tidak terjadi kelebihan ataupun kekurangan driver.
• Mengelola penggunaan petty cash agar tercatat dengan baik dan diselesaikan tepat waktu, tanpa ada outstanding.
• Melakukan reporting harian terkait dengan aktivitas operasional.

Kualifikasi

• Mendidikan minimal lulusan D3
• Memiliki pengalaman pekerjaan yang serupa
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang Logistik
• Mampu menggunakan Ms. Excel
• Mempunyai team work dan manajemen yang baik
