Job Overview: As aLivestream Shopping Operation Specialistat Sphere Media Inc., you will play a key role in executing high-impact live selling sessions across platforms like TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and Whatnot. You'll work behind the scenes to prepare inventory, manage the live dashboard, track sales in real time, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for both hosts and customers. Key Responsibilities:Pre-Livestream: • Prepare, authenticate, and tag handbag inventory for upcoming live shows • Coordinate show order and product lineup with hosts and content teams • Set up livestream equipment including lighting, cameras, and displays • Enter product information into selling platforms ahead of each stream During Livestream: • Operate backend platform features (pin items, mark as sold, update prices) • Monitor live chat to highlight questions, note buyer intent, and relay info to the host • Keep real-time inventory records and ensure accuracy of sales tracking • Troubleshoot any technical or operational issues quickly and calmly Post-Livestream: • Update internal records with sold items, prices, and customer notes • Communicate with the fulfillment team to prioritize and verify shipping • Track inventory changes and flag returns or problem orders • Save, organize, and tag livestream footage for marketing and archives Qualifications: • 1–3 years in e-commerce, operations, live production, or resale • Strong interest in fashion, especially luxury brands like Chanel, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton • Organized, fast-thinking, and resourceful with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using livestream platforms and backend dashboards • Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel; basic photo/video handling is a plus • Bonus: Experience in live selling, resale platforms, or influencer operations What We Offer: • A unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion and tech • Access to one-of-a-kind luxury handbags and products • A dynamic, close-knit team environment with growth potential • Competitive compensation • Employee discounts on product Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Work Location: In person
