LMS Administrator

Job Description

CONTENT MANAGEMENT:

• Create/publish/archive online/instructor-led courses, training curricula, and maintains system parameters.
• Ensure content is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
• Actively interacts with other systems teams to help administer the LMS and third-party content, user accounts, while maintaining security roles and access levels.
• Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the LMS, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, and instructors.

USER SUPPORT:

• Provide training and technical support to users who interact with the learning management system. 
• Provide high level of customer service to all users by responding to requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree (4 year) or higher in Education, Training, or related technical field.
• Working knowledge and prior experience specifically in Saba Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.
• Education or work-related experience in training or another related field.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms along with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
• Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors.
• An organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently given direction and resources.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense.
• Intermediate computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
