Lobby Security Officer - 2nd Shift - Full Time We are looking for a Security Lobby Officer with exceptional customer service skills to join the Prosegur team! If you have experience in being a liaison between the clients and guests, you should apply for this position. Front desk experience is required at least 1 year, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. • Resolve or redirects resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc. • Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner. • Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel. • Multitasking in a fast-paced setting • Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor • Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients/residents. Qualifications: • At least 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience • Minimum 1 year of Front Desk/Lobby experience • Minimum 1 year of Security Officer experience • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude and outlook • Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
