Job Description

  • $75K-$100K Average Annual Income
  • Starting Pay: $30.00 | in 6 Months $33.25
  • Full-Time | Weekly Paid Position
  • Must be available for workdays, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet business needs
  • Average 10-12 Hour Shifts (40-55 Hours Weekly)
  • Average 3-5 Stops Per Shift
  • Uniforms Provided
  • Must complete a background check upon accepting an offer (Cannot have more than 3 moving violations or points on your license)
  • Local Delivery - Home Daily Routes
  • Over Time Pay after 8 hours
  • Delivering to local McDonald's Restaurants
  • Paid Orientation/Training

We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
  • Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
  • Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
  • Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
  • Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
  • Pick up returned product as required
  • Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
  • Complete company training and certifications as required
  • Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
