Job Description

Salary: $75K-$100K First Year Average Income

Full-Time | Weekly Paid Position

Referral Bonus: $1,500

McDonald's Routes: Starting Pay $28.65 | $30.85 in 3 Months | $33.25 in 6 Months.

-Average 10-12-hour shifts (Roughly 3-5 Stops Per Shift)

Chick-fil-A Routes: Component Pay (Cases, Stops, Miles) - Averaging up to $40 Per Hour

-Night Shift Only, Start Time 8 PM/9 PM and Key Drop Delivery

Local Routes - Home Daily (No Layovers)
Must Have Open Availability/Any Shift

Position Summary:

Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
  • Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
  • Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
  • Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
  • Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
  • Pick up returned product as required
  • Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
  • Complete company training and certifications as required
  • Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
