Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator Virtual Interviews Pay Range:$120,640- 191,422.4 Sign ON Bonus: $15k SHIFT: DAYS 8A-5P (MONDAY-FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED) Required: **Doctor of Pharmacy required from an accredited institution. **Five (5) years of hospital clinical Pharmacy experience. **Licensed to practice in the State of Texas. **ACPE IV certification. **ACLS, BLS (AHA) Preferred: **Completion of PGY-1 residency with additional three (3) years of clinical experience or PGY-2 residency in an acute care setting highly preferred. **Completion of an accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management. **Antimicrobial stewardship certification.
