This is a permanent/staff position, not a contract. Seeking a Charge OR RN for a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center. Schedule: 5x8s, Monday-Friday, day shift, no major holidays, no on-call Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience and 3-5 years of Surgical Services experience preferred at outpatient surgery center. Licensure: Current NYS RN license Education Requirements: BSN Job Summary: The role of the Charge Nurse in an operating room provides leadership, guidance, supervision, and support to the Surgical Services team; as well as direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on applying scientific nursing principles as needed.
