Your Role: - Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission - Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team - Deliver direct patient care, focusing on education and rehabilitation - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress - Support discharge planning from day one to promote continuity of care - Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members - Maintain a safe and positive work environment Experience & Skills Required: - Acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience is a plus - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - A team player dedicated to quality patient care and safety
