- Type of staff: Day Shift – All day shift, PT/OT/ST
- Night Shift - Patient Ratios – 4 to 5 patients per therapist (usually 4)
- Type of equipment – Typical IP Rehab gym equipment
- EMR - Typical hiring profile
- Skill Set Most recruited for: Occupational Therapist
- Best Personality Fit: Flexible and able to work with a team
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: Will rotate one weekend a month. But will have a day off before weekend and day after weekend off as comp day
- Job Requirements
- Licensed OT in Florida
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Acute care experience is a plus
- Schedule Information
- Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy
- Expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
- Unit Specific Information
- Typical occupational therapy treatments with rehab patients
- Additional Details
- Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.
- Very experienced team that get along very well. Very good relationships with nursing as well.
