Job: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Lancaster, CA Pay: $68/HR- $70/HR Duration: 31 weeks with possible extend Shift: 5x8 Days Requirements: a. Minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience. b. All LCSW must have the required licenses, permits and/or certifications in California c. Active BLS from AHA. Job Description: • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes while adhering to coding standards. • Engage in research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and outcomes for diverse populations. • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and connect them with necessary resources and support services. • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.
