Team introduction:
The Local Programs and Market Insights team is responsible for managing and executing local Content initiatives, including promotional resource operations and project management.

About the Role:
Program & Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor local programs to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Execute tentpole events and adapt programs to meet key goals in product adoption, content supply, and priority TikTok initiatives.

Program Planning and Operation:
- Plan and execute promotional strategies to grow the local content ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and program goal achievement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs in local markets, optimizing program performance for maximum impact.
- Scale best practices, standardization and program playbooks.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish and track key metrics to measure program success, reporting insights for ongoing improvement.
- Deliver regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for program refinement.

Market Insights and Output Delivery:
- Collect and deliver market insights to Central and Regional teams to inform program adaption and localization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Close communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Central Creator, Central Publisher and Regional teams to ensure smooth execution of local programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Interest or experience in partner management, account support, or related areas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural considerations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in project management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Adaptability and agility to navigate a fast-paced environment.
