Work hours 9:00AM-6:00PM Responsibilities: • Create and implement lesson plans and activities that support the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers. • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. • Monitor and document the progress and development of each child in your care. • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. • Supervise and collaboratively work with other teachers as team teaching. • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. • Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and Monticello Academy policies and procedures. • Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related events as required. • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. • Demonstrate a commitment to the Monticello Academy mission and values. • Diapering, potty training, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other bodily movements required in working with toddler children.
