What You’ll Do

This role will support the overall effectiveness of our Logistics operations and business processes. This will include supporting, reporting, coordinating, and communicating key processes and functions. This role operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. The candidate is required to possess an attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as a key contributor of the Funko team.

Facilitate resolution of operational, customer service and systems issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain freight and logistics analytical data
Develop and maintain freight reporting metrics
Collate data on logistics elements, such as transit time, cost, weight
Provide ongoing review in areas such as transportation costs, delivery times and other KPI’s,

Responsible for meeting transportation and customer service requirements
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Continuously inspects and evaluates the overall effectiveness of our applications and processes

Resolve carrier and internal inquiries in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

International Logistics experience (2 years or more)
Able to work independently and as a contributor of the Funko team
Ability to work a flexible schedule when required (daily or weekly)
Organizational and problem-solving skills required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with Microsoft Office
Flexible personal style to work with a diverse group of personalities. Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Ability to adapt with change and have a sense of urgency for all matters.
Good problem-solving skills: ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
Strong organization and time management skills

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $18.39 - $27.00 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
