Logistics Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis related to sales performance and inventory levels. This role is critical to optimizing our supply chain operations, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making across logistics and sales functions. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Analyze sales trends and inventory data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for optimization. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to logistics, sales, and operations teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory planning with sales forecasts and customer demand. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stockouts, and order fulfillment rates. • Support demand planning and replenishment strategies using historical data and predictive analytics. • Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and recommend data-driven solutions. • Ensure data integrity across ERP and inventory systems; troubleshoot discrepancies and improve data workflows. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.Job Requirements: • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE100, Ariba). • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and sales forecasting techniques. • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python data modeling in a logistics environment.Education & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Analytics with a focus on sales and inventory data.PLEASE NOTE:At this time, we are unable to offer employment-based visa sponsorship.
