Job Description

Work Schedule: Permanent, Full Time

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Low Code Developer to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will utilize low-code platforms, such as Mendix, to build custom cross-platform applications efficiently. Your expertise in visual model-driven development, collaboration, agile frameworks, and UI/UX design will be crucial in delivering top-quality solutions. Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in low code development
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in working with specific low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Stripo, Beepro, Flexitive)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Clear understanding of UI/UX design and principles
• Basic programming knowledge to extend platform capabilities
• Basic GIT understanding to manage and update repositories
• Experience in database management
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extend platform features through programming languages supported by the low-code environment (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Development of E-mails, Banners and Landing Pages using low-code platforms
• Develop and maintain applications using low-code platforms with minimal hand-coding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine applications
• Utilize agile development frameworks (Kanban, Scrum) to foster business agility
• Apply strong UI/UX principles to ensure user-friendly application designs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize rework
• Analyze application logic and dashboards to identify and resolve issues
• Pay attention to detail to meet customer requirements and ensure high client satisfaction
• Solve problems quickly and adapt to changing business needs
