Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1.用户全域全周期营销、经营策略制定和落实，提升用户ARPU值（LTV）
2.流量运营，全业务视角跟踪动因、质量、结果，动态调整，提升总体ROI
3.跨端、跨触点、跨部门打通数据与流程，完善用户画像，提升触达和转化效率
4.建设LTV经营核心指标体系，目标制定、执行跟踪与策略优化

任职要求：
1.8年以上消费用户增长、运营或商业分析相关经验和专业方法论
2.8年以上消费（零售行业）全域营销策划、跨部门执行落地的实操经验
3.3年以上团队管理经验
4.优秀的规划设计创新思维、跨部门沟通协调能力、目标与成就驱动
