We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while helping us achieve our sales goals. As a Luxury Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming customers into our store and ensuring they have a delightful shopping experience. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will set you apart. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns are essential for success in this role. Ultimately, your goal is to leave customers satisfied and contribute to the profitability of our store. Compensation: In addition to an hourly wage, you will also receive commission based on the total sales you generate each month, plus tips for the services you provide, rewarding you for creating a unique and amazing customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Warmly greet and assist customers as they enter the store. • Provide accurate and detailed information on our products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services. • Respond to customer inquiries about specific products or services. • Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is neatly organized. • Process returns and exchanges efficiently. • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high standards of customer service, especially during busy periods. • Inform customers of current promotions, discounts, and special offers. • Communicate customer feedback to the Store Manager. • Stay informed about new products and services. • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and store organization. Desired Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in retail sales, ideally as a Retail Sales Representative or Sales Associate. • A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred. • Must be fluent in English. • A solid understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles. • Knowledge of inventory management and stocking procedures. • Basic math skills. • Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for building trust and rapport with customers. • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. • A high school diploma or equivalent.
