We are seeking a motivated Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales with a proven track record and thrive in a target-driven environment. This is a unique and very rewarding sales position. Pay is $55,000/yr base, plus commission with no cap to commission. Amazing candidates will easily make more than $120,000 per year. The best part is there is no lead prospecting! We are LA'spremierportrait studio.Our studio has won awards and has been recognized on major media outlets. Our prices start at $1,500. and go upwards of $30,000 so there is plenty of money to be made! Amazing sales candidates must be comfortable working with High-Net-Worth individuals and sometimes celebrities. Responsibilities • Create instant RAPPORT and build a relationship with clientsface-to-face (this is NOT a remote sales position) • CONFIDENTLY present images via technology and showcase the range of portraits and collections available • TEAM PLAYER • Catering to the customer's needs while meeting and achieving studio targets • Lead generation by expanding on our current partnerships • Must be available on weekends Qualifications/Requirements • Experience in sales environment NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS • Proven track record in achieving sales RESULTS, meeting and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment • The ability to provide 5-STAR Customer Service 100% of the time • Well organized, well presented and a great COMMUNICATOR • Must LOVE PEOPLE and PETS from all walks of life • Must be very RELIABLE, you would never let your team down What is in it for you? • Base plus generous commission • Health benefits • Paid training • Uncapped commission. • 401K • Possible promotion to Sales Manager To be considered include a COVER LETTER with metrics that also explains why you should be considered.
