In this role, you will: • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service • Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs, build the sale and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge • Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and retention • Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.) to build productive trust relationships with clients • Strategize own business and be self‐motivated; take initiative to increase individual productivity through selling and strong client relationships • Utilize social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary The Ideal Candidate has: • At least 3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury clothing retail establishment • Background in commission-based luxury sales • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals through leveraging clientele • Established client relationships is preferred • Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • Day shift Work Location: In person
