Main responsibilities职责描述:

- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement the smart factory strategy in alignment with the company's goals, focusing on automation, data analytics, and IoT technologies.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of smart factory projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate advanced manufacturing technologies, including robotics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, into production processes.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making processes.

- Training and Development: Mentor and train staff on smart factory technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all smart factory initiatives comply with industry regulations and quality standards.

About you 任职资格:

• Experience工作经验:

Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on smart technologies in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.

• Technical skill专业技能:

Proficiency in automation technologies, data analytics tools, and IoT applications. Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Education教育背景:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Fluent English speaking and listening
