M0138 - Product Designer (ID)

Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centric solutions.

- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

- Cultivate ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to feedback and fast-paced iterations.

- Prepare to take on deeper responsibilities within the UniFi Protect/Talk product line, with the goal of contributing to its growth and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :

- At least 3+ years of experience in consumer electronic/accessory product.

- Bachelor’s degree or above 

- Strong technical proficiency (competent in 3D CAD-Creo or Solidwork, 2 & 3D design visualization, Adobe suite, Keyshot etc.)

- End to end product pitching, prototyping, creation, and commercialization experience

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :

- Proven experience in developing products from 0 to 1, demonstrating a strong ability to create and shape new ideas into tangible outcomes.

- Sharp analytical skills with a keen understanding of market competition and trends, enabling effective competitor analysis.

- Strong time management and self-discipline, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

- Experience in developing products within the Internet of Things (IoT) or Edge of Things (EoT) domains is a plus.
