Compensation:$140,000-$160,000 base + ~10% discretionary bonus

We're seeking a seniorM365 Productivity Specialisttoown SharePoint Online across a global enterprise-from architecture and governance to day-to-day operations and net-new build (roughly 70% new development). You'll be the go-to SharePoint expert on a small, high-impact M365 team driving multiple global initiatives at pace.
What you'll do
β’ Lead SharePoint Online architecture & governance: design site structures (team sites, collaboration sites, hubs), information architecture, taxonomy, and permission models aligned to least-privilege access and compliance best practices.
β’ Drive migrations & transformations: plan and executelarge-scale SharePoint transformations(on-prem cloud), including content migration, change management, and cutover.
β’ Deliver new solutions (70% build): create modern collaboration workspaces, templates, and automation usingPower Platform(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline business processes.
β’ Champion M365 governanceacrossTeams, OneDrive, Intune, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem; establish standards, policies, and best practices.
β’ Partner across regions(including offshore teams) to prioritize demand, manage backlogs, and ensure high-quality delivery and support for all business units.
β’ Own ops & adoption: oversee access management, security/permissions, site lifecycle, and user enablement; measure and improve usage and satisfaction.
What you'll bring
β’ Deep M365 + SharePoint expertisewithmultiple end-to-end SharePoint Online implementationsand a track record of being the implementation "backbone."
β’ Hands-ongovernance & architectureexperience (permissions, team/collab sites, access models, security).
β’ Proficiency across theMicrosoft ecosystem:Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Platform.
β’ Experience leadinglarge, business-critical projects;globalenvironment experience preferred.
β’ Comfort collaborating with a team that includes anM365 Architect, M365 Administrator, and offshore contributors; ability to takeownershipas theSharePoint lead.
β’ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
