Job Description
An industry-leading technology company based in West Los Angeles is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their cutting-edge R&D team. This company is at the forefront of advanced MIMO radio and wireless networking technologies used in high-demand, mission-critical environments. This is a full-time role offering a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) and the chance to work on some of the most innovative machine learning applications in wireless systems today.

•
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
•
3+ years of experience applying ML to real-world problems (or 1+ year with a Ph.D.)
•
Strong background in supervised and unsupervised learning, signal processing, and statistical modeling
•
Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
•
Solid understanding of wireless communications (e.g., PHY/MAC layers, MIMO, OFDM, SDRs)
•
Experience with MATLAB or C/C++ for signal processing algorithm developmentDesired Skills & Experience
•
Experience deploying ML models to embedded systems or firmware
•
Familiarity with wireless protocol stacks and/or radio networking
•
Hands-on experience with large-scale RF datasets and custom data pipelines
•
Exposure to reinforcement learning or anomaly detection in communications systemsWhat You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown
