Job Description Summary Job Description Essential Responsibilities: • Ability to meet NADCAP certification as required • 'Ability to follow written work instructions, processes and procedures Automated machine welding and Induction fusing • Ability to use gages to perform visual and basic mechanical inspection of parts subsequent to assembly steps • Prepare and assemble parts to meet quality standards as required Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required • Ability to obtain all required certifications of department • Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools • Ability to perform repetitive tasks as applicable • Set up and operate a variety of machines as required • Pass annual eye exam specific to job title • Cross train within department • Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed. • Train less experienced team members • Perform other duties as assigned • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Qualifications: • Actively participate in a team environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes • High School diploma or GED Desired Qualifications: • Prior lean manufacturing knowledge • Prior ERP system knowledge • Assembly experience • Previous set up, tear down and troubleshooting in machining/manufacturing environment Skill Level: • Basic computer skills • Basic written and verbal communication skills • Basic math skills • Basic mechanical skills This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
