Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Cox Manufacturingis seeking reliable individuals to join a small, efficient team across all shifts. Machine Operators who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving will thrive in this dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Operate CNC or automated Lathe machines to produce high-precision and complex parts • Read and interpret blueprints • Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and ensure machines are running smoothly • Monitor and maintain tight tolerances while ensuring the quality of precision-machined parts • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and performance • Ensure machine calibration and tooling changes are completed as required to maintain product quality Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). • Availability to work 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for training3-6 Months • Availability to work the 2nd shift Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM after training period. What we Offer: Compensation:At Cox Manufacturing, we ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly. Your pay is determined based on your experience and the market data for this position. • No experience starts at $18.00 and goes up based on experience • Shift Differential applies when you are on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
