Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Machine Operator (Carrollton, TX) • Preparing machines: Set up machinery for production, perform calibrations, and clean • Operating machines: Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines • Maintaining machines: Perform routine minor maintenance, fix broken minor issues, and inspect machinery for safety issues • Feeding machines: Supply raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines • Checking output: Verify output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws • Recording: Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products • Training: Oversee training of new or junior machine operators • Operating large machines is a key Skill Required on this position • Spanish speaking is a must • Minimum 2-year experience • These are hands-on positions. Must be willing to help wherever needed! • Must be able to lift 40 lbs • Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling.
