Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various machining processes and the ability to operate multiple types of machinery with precision. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor various machines including lathes, milling machines, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components. • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet specified tolerances. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and requirements for production. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production. • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Assist in tooling setup for different machining processes as required. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in operating CNC machines is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. • Strong understanding of tooling, assembly line processes, and machine maintenance practices. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is an advantage.
