Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator at Angie’s Food Concepts Production Center, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining food production machinery to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality food items. You’ll work with equipment that produces, mixes, cooks, or packages food for our restaurant locations. You will play a key role in maintaining our consistency, safety, and speed standards while supporting our growing network of restaurants.

A Machine Operator has the following primary responsibilities:
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down food production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and product consistency
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance to prevent downtime
• Accurately record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered
• Identify and report mechanical or safety issues to supervisors and maintenance
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and sanitizing of machines between product runs
• Support overall production goals and timelines through collaboration with other team members
• Assist with production tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
• 1+ year of machine operation experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with strong communication and time management skills
