Machine Operator

Job Description: Machine Operator Nextracker is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Overmold Production team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Overmold (OVM) machines and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position reports directly to the OVM Supervisor and is available on either the day or swing shift. Key Responsibilities: • Operate Overmold (OVM) machines in a production environment • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed • Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: • Prior experience with Overmold (OVM) machines is a plus • Must be able to understand and communicate in conversational English • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent output • Willingness to work day or swing shift, as needed • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Hourly rate applicable to California: $21-$23 per hour Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits offered.
