Machine Operator

Responsibilities: • Operate CNC or automated lathes to produce high-precision parts • Read and interpret blueprints • Inspect parts according to required specifications • Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings to ensure excellent production • Adjust and change tooling as required to maintain product quality • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes Qualifications: • No experience required to get started • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). • Availability to work 1stshift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for at least the first 3-6 Months • Availability to work the 3rd shift Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM after training period.
