Machine Operator

Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced machine operator for our production team. In this role, you will be required to run multiple machines, simultaneously. This is a fast paced and physically involved position and will require you to be on your feet for extended periods of time. You must be able to complete projects on a deadline while maintaining a high quality finished product. We are willing to train the right candidate to work on our specific machines and to manufacture our products. This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime based on project needs. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well. Responsibilities: • Learning to effectively and safely operate our production machinery • Gathering raw materials from throughout the building to be used on each project • Checking your work to ensure there are no defects in production • Performing basic machine calibrations for each product you will be manufacturing • Creating customized products based on customer requests • Working directly with your manager and team members • Loading and unloading the machine with materials • Packaging completed products for shipment • Assisting in the warehouse department if it is required Qualifications: • Prior experience in machine operation or in a production environment • Fantastic attention to detail and a focus on quality • Knowledge on how to use measuring tools such as a tape measure or rule • The ability to lift 40 pounds • Experience using hand and power tools • Reliable transportation to work • No formal education is required Benefits: • Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employees • Pay range from $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience • Competitive medical and dental insurance plans • 401k retirement plans • Holiday Pay Flowly Solutions is an EEO - equal opportunity employer
