Position Summary:
As an Automation Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated filling machines used for hair and skincare products. Your role ensures smooth production, product quality, and compliance with safety and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor automated filling lines for personal care products
• Set up, adjust, and maintain filling machines to ensure continuous operation
• Adhere to all safety protocols, GMPs, and wear appropriate PPE
• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to prevent labeling or filling defects
• Work with maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Ensure raw materials are consistently stocked for uninterrupted production
• Operate material handling equipment and follow safety standards
Ideal Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, picking/packing, or inventory preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
Physical Requirements:
• Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
• Able to push, pull, lift (up to 40 lbs), twist, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Must wear oil- and slip-resistant shoes
• Available to work 8–10 hour shifts as needed

Pay rate starts at $19.25 and increases to $23.25 after the probation period.
