Machine Operator Entry Level

Title:Machine Operator Entry Level/Entry Level Operator/Production Operator/Manufacturing Operator(Multiple Openings) Location:Tolleson, AZ Contract Type:Temp to Direct Shift details below: Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule) Job Type: Temp Pay Rate: $20hr. + a $2 dollar per hour shift differential for the night shifts Shift options: • A shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm • B shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am • C shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm • D shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am Duties and responsibilities: • Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment. • Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in manufacturing. • Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Positive working attitude • Basic computer skills • Ability to work with a team. • Ability to prioritize.
