Summary/Objective
Responsible for assisting the molding team. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity.
Essential Roles
• This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company.
• This position supports the shift lead.
• Understand basic operation of ovens.
• Ability to use basic ABAS time capture functions.
• Participate in all quality testing procedures on product.
• Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner.
• Report all errors in product line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
• Assist in identifying root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Able to Perform and retain a series of operations correctly and consistently.
• Captures and understands build procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must be able to stand while working for 12 hours at a time. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Education & Experience
• Experience with plastics manufacturing, injection molding or blow molding – preferred, not required.
