Machine Operator

The Role: As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining shop equipment to produce quality components. You’ll work closely with supervisors and tradespeople to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do: • Operate, monitor, and adjust machines to meet production requirements. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality. • Perform machine setup and routine maintenance. • Maintain production logs and report issues. What We’re Looking For: • Previous machine operation experience required. • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Commitment to workplace safety and quality. • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
