Machine Operator

Responsibilities: • Operate CNC or automated Lathe machines to produce high-precision and complex parts • Read and interpret blueprints • Inspect and maintain tight tolerances of precision-machined parts • Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings to ensure machines are running smoothly • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes • Adjust and change tooling as required to maintain product quality Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). • Availability to work 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for at least the first3-6 Months • Availability to work the 3rd shift Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM after training period. What we Offer: Compensation:At Cox Manufacturing, we ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly.
